Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Because our products may begin processing quickly through our production and fulfillment partners, once an order has been prepared, sent to production, or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or provide cancellations.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please reach out through our Contact page or email customer support as soon as possible. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. We’ll do our best to review and confirm your request as promptly as possible.
Refunds for Cancellations
Within the 12-Hour Window: If your cancellation request is received within 12 hours of placing the order and before the order has been sent to production or shipped, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
After 12 Hours, In Production, or Post-Shipment: If your order has already been processed, sent to production, or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to start a return.
Special or Custom Orders
Special orders or custom requests may begin production almost immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. We’ll let you know at the time of order if this applies.
