Order Cancellation Window
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Because our operation is run by one person, we typically start processing orders quickly, and once an order has been prepared or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or provide cancellations.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, simply reach out via our Contact page or send an email to our customer support. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. We’ll do our best to confirm your request as promptly as possible.
Refunds for Cancellations
Within the 24-Hour Window: If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before shipment, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
After 24 Hours or Post-Shipment: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.
Special or Custom Orders
Any special orders or custom requests begin production almost immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. We’ll notify you at the time of order if this applies.
