1. Eligibility & Timeframe
You may return unused, undamaged items within 15 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags, if applicable) to qualify for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Fill Out Our Online Return Form: Begin by completing and submitting the return form found on our website.
Print Your Return Label: After we receive your form, we’ll email you a printable return label.
Reuse the Original Packaging: Place the items back into the same mailer bag if possible. Our packaging features a second glue strip so you can securely reseal it.
Attach the Label & Ship: Print and attach the return label to the mailer, making sure to cover any old shipping information. Drop it off at the specified carrier location or schedule a pickup if available.
3. Refund Process
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll approve it for a refund if it meets the criteria above.
Refund Amount: Approved refunds will cover the cost of the item only. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within [5–7 business days] (bank processing times may vary).
4. Shipping Costs
