1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You may return unused, undamaged items within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags, if applicable) to qualify for a refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Fill Out Our Online Return Form: Begin by completing and submitting the return form found on our website.

  2. Print Your Return Label: After we receive your form, we’ll email you a printable return label.

  3. Reuse the Original Packaging: Place the items back into the same mailer bag if possible. Our packaging features a second glue strip so you can securely reseal it.

  4. Attach the Label & Ship: Print and attach the return label to the mailer, making sure to cover any old shipping information. Drop it off at the specified carrier location or schedule a pickup if available.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll approve it for a refund if it meets the criteria above.

  • Refund Amount: Approved refunds will cover the cost of the item only. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within [5–7 business days] (bank processing times may vary).
